A leading provider of mobile music entertainment services to operators and media companies is Musiwave and if the horses neigh right then Microsoft is planning to acquire it to deliver mobile entertainment to consumers but this time via Microsoft. Well it is getting Macrosoft rather then Microsoft.
Anyway the acquisition would bring together relationships with device makers, music labels, and mobile operators and all the entertainment technologies and services, connected to Microsoft such as Zune, MSN, Windows Mobile, and Windows Live as well. The official of Microsoft believes that bringing 'Musiwave' on board which will certainly provide them an opportunity to explore new areas in the mobile space that were previously in veil as well as it will provide the podium to software plus services.
